Bamboo sticky rice in Cambodia

On our way back to Siem Reap from Phnom Penh, we saw many stalls selling bamboo sticky rice and decided to stop and try some because we're Asian and we won't get food poisoning =P .
You peel the bamboo bit by bit to reveal the sticky rice.
I think it is made up of sticky rice, red beans, coconut milk and sugar and is smoked in a bamboo shoot.
Cambodians have a lot of coconut milk in their food but for some reason there are no fat people there =P
Because it is pressed into a bamboo shoot, it becomes very compact, making it stick together like a cake.
It's not too sweet and fills the tummy really quickly. Yummm.. I think I could eat this for breakfast, lunch and dinner =D
We have a similar dish in my hometown but it is mostly on available on the way up to Mount Kinabalu. You should definitely try it! =)
